What We Do
At Jugnu – The Enlightened Learners, we create joyful, creative, and inclusive learning experiences for children who are often overlooked by conventional education systems. Rooted in the belief that every child carries an inner light — a jugnu — we design experiences that nurture curiosity, compassion, and critical thinking.
Who We Are
Jugnu means firefly — a tiny being that carries its own light, gently glowing even in the darkest spaces. At Jugnu – The Enlightened Learners, we believe every child holds that light within them. Our mission is to nurture it through storytelling, creativity, critical thinking, and joyful learning, especially in communities where traditional education often overlooks imagination and voice.
Jugnu is more than a learning program — it’s a growing movement of educators, children, artists, and changemakers coming together to reimagine what learning can feel like.
OUR IMPACT
Our Journey So Far
Over the past four years, Jugnu – The Enlightened Learners has impacted the lives of nearly 2,000 children and supported the professional growth of over 50 educators. Along this journey, we have built meaningful partnerships with community leaders, universities, schools, and NGOs, while also facilitating community-based workshops and outreach programs in local neighborhoods and societies.
